Dominick brings over thirty years’ experience in the transportation industry in both Domestic and International logistics.
He has held executive level positions with XPO Logistics Global Forwarding and AIT Worldwide Logistics where he has managed leadership teams in the Americas, Asia, and Europe. Dominick’s experience has been paramount in company growth during his positions with these companies.
Troy is the Chief Information Officer of Allstates WorldCargo. Troy is responsible for leading the company’s IT strategy to drive digital transformation initiatives that align with the company’s business objectives.
Troy joined Allstates WorldCargo in 2004 and brings a wealth of knowledge in Information Technology. After graduating from the University of North Florida, Troy pursued his career in IT and transitioned to IT for the transportation industry in 2002.

Noel Howard is the Chief Service Officer of Allstates WorldCargo, responsible for enhancing the client experience and driving strategic service initiatives, ensuring exceptional outcomes for the company’s global customer base.
Noel has over thirty years’ experience driving excellence across multiple disciplines in the logistics sector including Compliance, Development, IT, Product Management, and Risk Management. He previously served in executive roles for major logistics companies and utilizes his deep experience across a variety of divisions in the freight forwarding industry to guide and shape the service excellence of Allstates WorldCargo.
James (“Jim”) Hugger is the Vice President of Corporate Development of Allstates WorldCargo. Jim is responsible for identifying strategic growth opportunities and driving value creation through due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning.
Jim has held previous strategic financial positions at XPO Logistics, United Rentals, and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), with a deep background in financial analysis, business analytics, and strategic planning. Leveraging his understanding of both the financial and strategic aspects of corporate development, Jim has been instrumental in driving the strategic market growth of Allstates WorldCargo.
Lyla Kolar is the Vice President of Marketing of Allstates WorldCargo, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance the company’s position in the global market.
She previously served in marketing leadership roles at major freight companies where she successfully implemented innovative strategies that increased brand visibility and market share. Her background in crafting marketing strategies to fit the unique profile of the freight forwarding industry has been instrumental to Allstates WorldCargo’s increased market presence and strategic growth.
Kendra is the President and CEO of Allstates WorldCargo. She is a professional with over thirty-seven years’ experience in the transportation industry.
Kendra began her transportation career with Consolidated Freightways in 1988 and worked in various sales, operations, and management positions until 2000. She transitioned from an asset-based LTL company to a freight forwarding company, EXEL Global Logistics (nka DHL), and served as a General Manager before joining the Allstates WorldCargo team in 2002.
Kendra leads the Allstates WorldCargo team to accomplish the company’s strategic planning and growth initiatives. She has an MBA Degree in Business Management from Chancellor University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Jacksonville University.
Chris is the Chief Operating Officer of Allstates WorldCargo. He is responsible for driving operational excellence within the company’s daily operations and delivering a sustainable and scalable operating environment.
Chris has nearly thirty years of domestic and international freight forwarding experience and has worked for both start-up and multi-national companies. He has extensive experience in leading local, regional, national and global companies, including Roadway Express, Eagle Global Logistics, and Crane Worldwide. Chris holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Fort Hayes State University.

Julian Riches is the Chief Financial Officer of Allstates WorldCargo. He is responsible for all financial matters of the company, including driving financial growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing financial strategies that align with organizational goals. He has over twenty years’ experience in the transportation industry with both domestic and international freight forwarders.
Julian previously held CFO positions with the LEMAN Group and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, where he managed multi-million-dollar budgets and large financial teams, and senior executive financial roles across the logistics and technology sector, including at EXEL (nka DHL). He began his career in Public Accounting in the London office of Deloitte. His leadership and deep understanding of the transportation and logistics industry has been instrumental in optimizing capital structure and improving profitability at Allstates WorldCargo, positioning the organization for continued growth.
Steve Misotti is the Senior Vice President of Allstates WorldCargo. In his role, Steve is responsible for overseeing the continued growth of key markets for the organization and ensuring service excellence and positive customer experiences across critical operations in each market.
Steve has been part of Allstates WorldCargo for over thirty years. Prior to joining the Allstates WorldCargo executive team, Steve successfully built a multi-million dollar logistics company that provided freight forwarding services and other transportation services for both domestic and international freight. His background in navigating the complexities of the freight forwarding industry has been instrumental to guiding the growth and success of Allstates WorldCargo.
