Allstates WorldCargo is proud to announce that Noel Howard, Chief Service Officer, has received the Jim Foster Award, a distinction voted on by members of the Airforwarders Association (AfA) and presented at this year’s AirCargo Conference in Orlando, Florida.

The Jim Foster Award is the AfA’s highest honor and recognizes individuals who demonstrate outstanding leadership, dedication, and service to the airfreight forwarding industry. Named after Jim Foster, the AfA’s first executive director and an industry pioneer, the award celebrates professionals who advance the industry through integrity, advocacy, and collaboration.

Noel has more than three decades of experience in the logistics industry. Throughout his career, he has played an active role in strengthening the forwarding community through board service, mentorship, and a commitment to sharing industry knowledge. In addition to serving on the AfA Board of Directors, Noel serves on the Executive Advisory Board of The University of Missouri – St Louis’s Supply Chain and Analytics Department, and works closely with peers and partners to promote high standards across the industry.

At Allstates WorldCargo, Noel serves as Chief Service Officer, where he is responsible for ensuring consistent, high‑quality service for customers. His leadership is grounded in integrity, accountability, and collaboration, and he is deeply focused on how service is delivered, not just the results achieved.
